一天的安排
After watching English on Sunday on TV in the morning. I phoned LiHua telling her we should go see the film HERO together in the afternoon. After the film is over, we went to the Mr W. Mr W is our head teacher. He toldme that I had made some progress in Chinese and Maths, but my English had fallen behind especially my Englishcomposition. He suggested that I should do more reading and keep a diary everyday. In the evening, after supper, my mother told me that reading Twenty-Four century would do me much good for improving writing. That was a really good idea and I should follow her advice.
星期日早上看完了英文节目之后，我给李华打了电话，告诉她下午一起看电影-英雄。电影结束后，我们拜访了我们的老师。王老师是我们的班主任。他告诉我我在语文和数学上有很大的进步，但是我的英文退步了，特别是英文写作。他建议我多做阅读，每天写日记。晚饭之后，我妈妈告诉我阅读24世纪会提高我的写作能力。这是个好主意，我应该这样做。

一次公益活动
Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a volunteer labour.
上周六,4月28日,我和我的同学去了学校附近的公园里。你能猜猜我们去做什么了吗?不是去玩而是去参加公益劳动。
We reached the park at nine o’clock. The whole class was divided into three groups. I was in Group Three.
我们九点钟到达公园。全班被分为三组。我在笫三组。公益活动
Each group had different tasks. Group One planted trees and watered flowers. Group Two was told to pick up litter left by the tourists and cleaned all the benches. The group that I was in wiped all the equipment in the Children’s Playground. All of us worked hard.
每组有不同的任务。第一组种树和浇花。第二组被告知去接游客留下的垃圾,清理所有的长椅。的我在擦儿童游乐场的所有设备。我们都努力工作。
Before noon we finished working. Each of us felt a little bit tired, but we were happy because we had done a good deed.
中午之前我们结束了劳动。我们每个人都感觉有点累,但我们很快乐,因为我们做了一件好事。

参观新农村
Yesterday we went to visit a village. On our way to the village, we were glad to see a lot of nice rice, vegetables and fruit in the fields. Also we saw new schools, factories and buildings.
昨天我们去一个村庄参观。在路上，我们看见了地里长势很好的稻子、蔬菜和果子。还看见了学校、工厂和楼房。
We got a warm welcome at the village. Some farmers invited us to their houses. They had moved to the new buildings. Their living room was large and bright. In it there were all kinds of new furniture. Nearly every family had colour TV sets, fridges,washing machines and some of them even have bought motorbikes. Everyone had a smile on their faces. It was said that some guests from a foreign country would come to visit it.
我们在那儿受到热情的接待。一些农民邀请我们去他们家里做客。他们都搬进了新楼房，客厅又宽敞又明亮，里面有各种各样的新家具。差不多每家都有彩电、冰箱、洗衣机，有些人家还买了摩托车呢。每个人脸上都洋溢着笑容。据说，尸些外国客人就要来了。
We were very glad to find the farmers’ life had changed a lot. We hope their life will become better and better.
我们真高兴农民的生活变化这么大。我们祝愿他们生活得越采越好。
